The soccer field is a decadent gluten free sugared cherry chocolate fudge cake layered with a rich chocolate frosting (what a mouthful)! Coconut creates the grass texture whilst individually edible hand rolled blades of grass create a striking finish. What scrumptious cake do you think the bottom two tiers are made of? They are actually styrofoam dummy cakes! The middle tier is a minimalist wedding cake with hand piped pearls and a hand cut bride and groom silhouette that represents the couples ongoing love! The bottom tier is a leather travel suitcase that has seen its fair share of countries! Hand crafted, etched and painted to appear worn and torn from use with individually made stickers that add character and charm.
Styrofoam cakes allow customers to achieve the dramatic effect of tiered cakes, allow numerous themes to be represented in cake form and only consume the desired amount of cake. Its a win-win!
