Sometimes it can be just as nice and exciting to keep the cake sweet and simple. In one of our latest creations, a gorgeous Vanilla Bean Sponge cake was layered together with a fresh Strawberry Frosting and covered with a Vanilla Bean Buttercream. I placed the cake on a turntable and glided my angled icing spatula around the cake to achieve the lined effect. The cake was finished off with folded fondant love hearts in pretty hues of pink, orange and yellow.
No cake is complete without its delicious sidekicks: cupcakes. Mini Gluten Free Chocolate Fudge and Vanilla Bean and Blueberry Cheesecake Cupcakes were also on offer with matching love heart decorations and 100s & 1000s.
