Over ten years ago I was diagnosed with coeliac disease. It was a time when people would say ‘gluten-what’ and health food aisles in the supermarkets were just a dream. I took it upon myself to create delicious gluten-free treats so my taste buds wouldn’t miss out. Today, I want to share my cakes with everyone whether they be lactose or gluten intolerant, vegan or just plain normal. I believe having a dietary requirement is no cause for missing out on tasty cakes for any occasion. I am a baker at heart with a decorators soul spreading joy via cakes…..
