Baby Shower Dessert Table

Did you know MAD ABOUT CAKES creates and styles Dessert Tables? This gorgeous set up was created for a Boy Baby Shower and was complete with a Cake, Cupcake, Cookies and Macarons all in the beautiful colour scheme of grey, teal, white and orange!

The cake was a Gluten Free Choc Fudge towering 7″ high covered with a chevron pattern and topped with a handmade elephant topper with a floating balloon! The cupcakes were Gluten Free Choc Fudge with Choc Mint and Caramel frosting and handmade fondant toppers. Macarons were Salted Caramel and Pistachio with little bow tie decorations and Cookie were Gluten Free Gingerbread elephants.

Every guest had a wide selection of goodies to taste and take home and MAD ABOUT CAKES supplied everything so the client didn’t have to lift a finger!

Baby boy blue..and yellow and green were the theme colours of these gorgeous baby shower cupcakes.

Handmade edible buttons, rubber duckies, jumpsuits, ‘it’s a boy discs’, baby under a blanket and toy boats topped of these delicious Vanilla Bean Cupcakes with Vanilla Bean Frosting and Gluten Free Choc Mint Cupcakes with Mint Frosting! Even the cupcakes wrappers were chosen to match the theme!

Baby in a Bathtub!

I don’t think I have ever seen a ‘baby shower’ taken quite so literally – or in such a delicious form! MAD ABOUT CAKES newest cake creation features a hand carved Gluten-Free Choc Mint bathtub!

Of course no bathtime would be complete with out a collection of handmade rubber duckies and a toy boat. To make sure baby is squeaky clean, we’ve included countless hand rolled bubbles, a handcrafted scrub brush along with a fuzzy towel for later! To add to the bathroom scene we have also designed a fun tiled floor. Every babyshower cake we create is unique, too cute to boot and executed with the finest details.
