Spongebob Square Pants

Hey everyone! I want to introduce you to Spongebob Squarepants..the cake! He was MAD ABOUT CAKES entry into the Royal Melbourne Show’s Novelty Cake Decorating Competition and he came Second!  Spongebob stands over half a metre tall and is completely edible.

He is made mostly of cake, rice krispie treats, fondant and modelling chocolate and is completely hand decorated and crafted. To ensure Spongebob stood tall, an internal structure was created out of PVC pipe and drilled to the cake board. Who knew cake decorating could get so technical? Henry Bucks Cupcakes

This April, Henry Bucks launched a new collection in a pop store in the Melbourne CBD. To celebrate the event and excite customers delicious cupcakes were on offer!

Gluten Free Choc Fudge and real Vanilla Bean Cupcakes were on hand decorated to match the collections travel inspired wear. Handmade ‘globetrotter suitcases’ and ‘fuji cameras’ finished off these gorgeous cupcakes.

Feast Of Merit Cupcakes

What a great little surprise gift these cupcakes were for the staff at ‘Feast Of Merit‘ cafe in Richmond. All the staff have been working very hard since the opening, with earnings of the cafe going towards various YGAP education and youth leadership projects around the world.

 

We served up Gluten Free Chocolate Fudge Cupcakes with Caramel Frosting and Hummingbird Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting. They filled many happy bellies and we made them extra special by personalising the cupcakes with perfect and yummy edible images of the cafes logo!
